ContentRail is designed to resolve a thumbnail without requiring an account. The service receives the link you submit and the technical request information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
Submitted URLs, request timestamps, limited rate-limiting signals, error information, and aggregated usage measurements. We do not create a public download history.
Operational logs should be retained only as long as needed for security, reliability, and legal obligations. Configure your production log retention and consent-management settings before launch.
